My best friend and I visited Primp and Polish while on vacation in New York, and we were blown away. From the moment we walked in, it felt like a peaceful oasis in the middle of the city—elegant, serene, and so beautifully put together.
I have to start by shouting out Natalie, an incredibly talented nail artist whose work I absolutely love. She’s creative, meticulous, and has an incredible eye for design. You can give her a general theme or idea, and she’ll bring it to life with thoughtful, stunning detail. Every set she creates feels like a work of art. I’ve been a loyal customer for over a decade, and Lisa is hands down the best nail tech I’ve ever had. Her attention to detail and consistency are unmatched. I always leave feeling happy. I’ve also had the pleasure of working with Mina and Chiew over the years, and they’re both incredibly talented as well.
i got a gel manicure and a pedicure ..Tsering was so kind and treated my hands and feet with a lot of care, i’m a chronic nail biter and my hands are always in bad shape which is embarrassing but she made me look beautiful! very grateful! i was able to get immediate service without booking an appointment on a friday afternoon 10/10 will come back
