The physicians are all top notch, knowledgeable, efficient, and compassionate, offering a high level of expertise in treating eye conditions. The testing process is very efficient, thorough, and comfortable, with no waiting time. The doctor explains things well and takes time to explain conditions in detail, ensuring patients are well-informed and involved in care planning. Staff is generally personable and always professional, making patients feel welcome from start to finish. Every comprehensive test is completed quickly, and patients feel confident they are in good care, definitely recommending the services offered.
Dr. Evelyn Icaisano is simply the best! Her calm, pleasant, and practical approach to eye problems, and solving every issue with perfection every time is unparalleled. And her top notch staff are wonderful! They are extremely patient and always so helpful. The office moves along methodically and I never really have a long wait which I’m very grateful for indeed. Thanks for saving my eyesight and keeping my eyes comfortable.
Dr. Battu at Smart Eye Care is really good. Highly recommend. The personnel at the front desk greeted me promptly and at the conclusion of my exam scheduled my next appointment in minimal time.
My insurance recommended the location and the receptionist offered another doctor when the one I was referred to was not available. The doctor called what I have floaters and I was extremely grateful for all the testing they conducted in the short period of time I was in the office.
The staff efficiently took me through all the testing and asked me questions. I was familiar with the majority of equipment. Happy also to hear the doctor say there was nothing to do and to return in a year. The office was busy and they moved quickly through their appointments. I would recommend them.
