Visit was on time. Offices and patient room were very clean, with all covid rules in place. Doctor and staff were very pleasant and efficient. All questions of mine were answered. Couldn’t have asked for more.

The entire environment at Skinworks was welcoming and always helpful in guiding a new patient (myself) through the process, from admin to professional healthcare service. The service was exemplary, in the hands of a young gifted PA Andrew, and those of Dr. Javier Zelaya himself. Everything was explained, with all questions and requests for accommodation handled patiently and graciously. Being in the med field myself, I recognized the highest caliber of expertise and professionalism in very aspect of Skinwork's service. Kudos!

My daughter is a patient at the Chelsea location. She called the Brooklyn location day of for a painful cyst in my back. They were able to get me in the same day and address the issue. Professional staff. Caring and thorough NP. A++++
