Si Se Puede Women's Cooperative, We Can Do It, Inc.

Si Se Puede! Women's Cooperative, We Can Do It! Inc. was founded in Sunset Park, Brooklyn, in August 2006, to bring together immigrant women and create a women-run, women-owned, eco-friendly house cleaning business. The cooperative aims to provide living wage jobs in a safe and healthy environment, as well as offer social support and educational opportunities for its members.

The cooperative serves both residential and commercial clients, ensuring excellent service and reliable, hardworking cleaners for a mutually respectful and satisfying experience. Customers have praised the cooperative’s in-depth cleaning, fair pricing, and attention to detail, with one reviewer stating it is the "best cleaning company" they have tried. Others appreciated the worker-owned nature of the business and highly recommended the cooperative, with some tipping 100% of the service price. Customers have found the deep cleaning and quality of service to be worth the cost, especially for special occasions or urgent needs.

Recent reviews highlight the cooperative’s ability to provide thorough deep cleaning. One customer shared how two women arrived on time and cleaned their 2 BR 2.5 bath apartment from 9 am until nearly 5 pm, reaching deep into the nooks and crannies, and leaving the apartment smelling and looking fantastic. They also appreciated the reasonable price compared to other NYC companies and expressed a desire to continue using the service regularly.

Another customer praised Gabriela, who arrived promptly, was kind and respectful, and worked from 9 AM to 4 PM, thoroughly cleaning the apartment and making it sparkle. She even cleaned the office space first so the customer could work uninterrupted. The customer found the deep clean to be exceptional and plans to continue booking Gabriela if available.

A third reviewer was very impressed with Elena, who arrived on time with her own supplies and spent the entire day making the apartment shine. They noted that the apartment had never been this clean and expressed gratitude for the recommendation through word of mouth. They plan to book Elena again for future cleaning needs.
