I had a very disappointing experience at Sheer Madness today.
I arrived only a minute or two after my scheduled appointment and was prepared to wait, as I understand appointments can run behind. While waiting, another customer arrived approximately 10 minutes after I did. When the barber asked for her appointment time, it turned out we were both scheduled for the same slot. Despite arriving after me, she was taken first.
At that point, I chose to leave. Being overlooked in favor of someone who arrived later felt unprofessional and reflected poor customer service. As a customer, I felt overlooked and unvalued.
What makes this especially disappointing is that this was my second visit. My first experience was excellent and resulted in one of the best haircuts I've had in a long time, which is the only reason I'm giving two stars instead of one.
I had high hopes based on my first visit, but unfortunately this experience left me with a very different impression. I understand mistakes happen, but a simple acknowledgment, apology, or explanation would have gone a long way.

Great place I was so struggling to find the right barber so I just really didn’t like to get haircuts but I’ve just found my barber ! I believe all of them are good but I specifically got my haircut by nori he was so great and super professional and friendly and nice person

Highly recommend Nic! He listened to what I wanted, provided some thoughtful suggestions, and then gave me genuinely one of the best haircuts I’ve had. He was friendly and polite without being overbearing. I’ll definitely be back.

Great haircut for the price! Especially if you pay in cash. Nori was super precise in cutting my hair and he knew his tools very well. Highly recommend

I suppose there are good barbers here but I did not have my hair cut by one of them. My barber seemed very unskilled and just generally bad.
