The owner was extremely rude and passive aggressive, unable to justify why my retwist, which included no wash or style, was charged $140 after a $40 deposit, despite being listed on the site for $140. It should have been $100 balance. I strongly advise AGAINST using this business. This salon is not into hair care for natural locs and uses extensions for most styles. TRASH 🗑️

I had an amazing experience at Shay London Beauty Bar! Shay truly helped me feel confident and excited about my loc journey. She was extremely professional, personable, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. Throughout the entire process, she explained what she was doing, checked in on me, and made sure I was good right down to offering water, which I really appreciated. The shop atmosphere was everything: great music, a clean and beautiful space, very sanitary, and it smelled amazing. There were also two other women working in the shop who assisted as well, and they were absolutely delightful, super kind, welcoming, and helpful. Shay does not play about time! My appointment was at 10:00 AM, and I was already in the washing chair by 9:55. The whole experience was smooth, relaxing, and top-tier. I highly recommend Shay London Beauty Bar to anyone looking for professionalism, comfort, and excellent service!

The ladies at Shay London are amazing! Both I and my 9 year old grandson are new clients. We’ve gone twice and we will be going back when it’s time for an retwist. Absolutely worth the 3 hour drive!!!

It was my first time here and I had a great experience Angelica did an AMAZING job. First time getting barrel twist I didn’t know how it was gonna come out but it came out good. Booking was easy and overall it was a great process. Definitely booking them again for my next appointment.
