Shanny was warm, personable, and really took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. I asked for a blend of three different styles and she executed it flawlessly!!

I visited this salon on November 28th, the day after Thanksgiving, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. I originally had an appointment in October, but USPS misplaced my wig. The salon took it upon themselves to help me track it down, kept in contact with me, and held my wig for over a month. They even kept it safe during their move to a new location. That level of customer service is rare, and I appreciated every part of it.
When I came in for my rescheduled appointment, everything was prepared and organized. The salon is spotless, comfortable, and welcoming. They washed my natural hair, offered snacks, and every staff member greeted me with kindness and professionalism.
I have alopecia and privacy is important to me when getting my hair done. My stylist made sure I felt comfortable and respected the entire time. The conversation was easy, the energy was positive, and the overall experience felt thoughtful and professional.
My hair came out beautiful. The cut was so precise that two weeks later my curls are still holding. All I do is wrap my hair at night, brush it out, and go. The quality of the work speaks for itself.
This salon truly goes above and beyond. They care about their clients, they take pride in what they do, and they deliver results. I highly recommend them.
