My brother-in-law’s funeral was today, June 19. Scheduled between three and seven the first hour for immediate family. Upon arrival at three they advised us they were gonna be a little bit delayed. After an hour, they had still not given us any update so when we went to ask, they told us at least another 40 minutes. No communication, no professionalism This is one of our families hardest days. We needed it to be seamless not stressful. 0/10 do not recommend
I wanted to say thank so much for everything you did for my family. During this hard time, everything that I had feared was put at ease, The fact that I was able to say good bye to my love one with out being rushed ment alot to me, thank you again.
To her and them at San Juan it's not about The benjamins it's about trying to make the most meaningful transitional commitment and experience for the family of the deceased they deserve outstanding praise with their own sacrifices in light of the fact that they lost many of their workers and she herself personally had a long struggle to overcome covid
