I had such a wonderful experience searching for apartments with Simon Goldthorpe. He listened to what I was looking for / what was important to me and found a number of options to present to me. He was always punctual, reliable, polite & professional. I found so many other real estate agents to be pushy & salesy but Simon was the most respectful. I highly recommend working with Louise Torrisi at Mirador! She was extremely responsive, professional, and committed to finding my perfect apartment. Louise dedicated both her personal and professional time to finding my unit and helping every step of the way. It made a normally stressful moving process, both easy and enjoyable. I recommend working with Louise for all real estate needs.

We were moving to New York City and overwhelmed. We looked at 100s of places in person and online as well as spoke to lots of real estate agents claiming they would help us. We spoke with Besnik Hakaj who works with Mirador and all expectations were exceeded! He helped us out in the City looking at multiple different properties while informing us about each one individually. Once our trip ended, he continued to excel and even helped us secure a place that we are super excited about! He went above and beyond, and made the process easy to understand on our end.
