The team worked incredibly hard, even on some very hot days, to stay on schedule, and the results are amazing - my house looks completely new! The recent renovation of Apartment 5G in our cooperative apartment building has been a resounding success. Marc and his team from Reynolds Restoration was exceptional, maintaining clear and consistent communication with both the building management and the new cooperative apartment owner throughout the entire process. The quality of work was outstanding, with no corners cut, ensuring that every detail was meticulously attended to. After talking to numerous roofers for a full replacement, I ultimately went with Shawn at Reynolds. He was very clear on what needed to be done and was easy to get ahold of. He also worked with me on pricing to make sure the project was able to fit within budget. What also gave me confidence is there are companies that do bad jobs for a few years, close shop, and just open under a new name. Here they have been in business for generations so know if we have any issues down the road they will be around to take care of them.
