Unprofessional I got a haircut here and asked for a trim. The stylist cut significantly more than I requested. I was disappointed with how short it turned out. The service also felt rushed and not very professional for the price charged. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t return.

I went to this place because I wanted to get curtain bangs and a trim at the ends of my hair. I went with my mom and we quickly was attended. The person who was attending me was Mary. she had glasses and a bob. From the start I felt like her energy was off. She saw how long my hair was and said wow you have long hair but didn't bless it. If you don't know in the hispanic community we believe in the evil eye and usually we don't let just anyone touch our hair because of it. Anyways she starts to wash my hair but the shampoo smells weird like burnt as if it has perm inside of it. I let it go and we finish. She takes me to her chair and then proceed to tell me I should cut off more than I want to I told her I just want a trim and the curtian bangs. But she insist I should. Now my hair during this time was hitting by butt. When I tell you, that when my hair was finished being cut it was by my shoulders I am not kidding you. She chopped off all of my hair. On top of that she kept having this passive aggressive conversation with me because her daughter was the same mix as I was and she tried saying her grandson had the same name as my son. Now lets get to the blow out this lady literally sprayed oil on the sides of my hair and then went in with the blower in that same spot. What happens when you put heat and oil together. ding ding ding it can give you burns on your scalp. Then proceeds to add a flat iron in the front of my hair causing damage and hair loss. This lady intentionally burned my hair and on top of that chopped it all off. When I went to wash it section of my hair FELL OFF. She should not be working there and needs to get prosecuted for what she did. No one should have to go through what she did just because she had her own insecurities you are a hair dresser and should not put a client through this. I am still dealing with the burns and hair loss that this lady has caused me. DO NOT GO THERE if you love your hair

Went to get my hair layered because it was super long. I wanted layered bangs and they messed up my bangs. I can’t get a refund but I will most definitely will not be going back. At first they were going to charge me $105.00 and they ended up charging me $130 for a lighten colour blow dry and cut .after I said no blow dry because it was going I rain and they messed up my bangs.. Now I have to go somewhere else and get my bangs fixed!!
