I’ve had good experiences here in the past but recently has been worse. Their online booking system is essentially useless - I made appointments for 4 people to get our nails done before my wedding and when we showed up there was only one technician there who said there was no record of our appointments even though we all had confirmations and had made them well in advance. We ended up having to go elsewhere which added unnecessary stress to a packed schedule. It was disappointing because as I said, I’ve always liked their service in the past.
Recently did my nails here with Tina and my toes with Yuki! Great customer service and enjoyed the paraffin spa treatment for my feet/legs. My S&S french design looks great. Would come again.
The nail artist was nice for the most part everything was great ! I did unfortunately get pretty deep cut from tough they filed my thumb and it’s been just one day and on oh my nails already chipped :/
