The Glendale 2 location has birds living in the ceiling, eating away at the ceiling tiles, falling into exam rooms while patients are inside, they even had one die in the back and it smells like decay in not only the far back room but the bathroom as well due to there being a dead animal in it, and the management has done nothing about it. People are almost always late and the employees are forced to take them which most of the time creates overlap with other patient appointments, causing people who are on time to have to sit and wait, and the management does not care as long... read full review

After being with the same doctor for 20 years. Dr Pildysh decided to go here. Absolutely unprofessional front desk . I requested an appointment over the phone via Telehealth and was denied with prejudice. I am done with this place before even starting. Time for a new doctor.

Dr Jaradeh is amazing however the call center is horrible no one speak good English the system is outdated no epic no my chart it's like their in the stone age with technology no one answers the phone in the office their email and fax system is also horrible. If it wasn't for Dr. Jaradeh I would have left a long time ago
