While the office staff and providers are generally kind and professional, the real standout is the sonographer, Marina. She has a warm demeanor and excellent bedside manner, making even the most personal procedures feel comfortable, respectful and never awkward. She communicates clearly and demonstrates exceptional technical skill. She played a key role in identifying a condition that required further management. Honestly, Marina is THE reason I’ve continued my care with this office.
I had some weird symptoms and ended up getting a colposcopy with Kristine . Wasn't best day of my life , but she was calm , detailed , and didn’t sugarcoat but also didn’t scare me . It’s hard to feel relaxed during stuff like that , but she really helped . Answered all my random questions and didn’t make me feel dumb . Grateful for how real and kind she was .
