My central AC system broke down and the Premier HVAC team came in for a consultation. They did a great job explaining the short and long-term costs and benefits of all my options and we ended up choosing a system from a different brand that does heating as well and works much better than what I had before. Initially, there was some confusion about timing and how long the project would take but Boris immediately jumped on the phone with me (even though he was on vacation) to get me the answers I needed and was always available to speak with me on a moment's notice. Following my review of May 30, 2021, in the summer of 2022, the third zone of our home split system completely failed. All the zone components needed replacement, including the refrigerant lines. Once again Premier's skilled staff did an excellent job, again leaving our home in pristine condition. The photos show the professional high-quality workmanship on the rooftop refrigerant lines.

This company cares about providing quality service and getting the job done right. They are responsive, knowledgeable and prompt. They redid our entire boiler room to a high standard.
