Great atmosphere to relax and unwind, seasoned teachers who have a lot to offer. Vinyasa yoga classes have been excellent. It's worth the cost, as well as there are packages available.

Prema studio is one of the most beautiful and spacious yoga studios with heated flooring for the cooler seasons. Miriam is my favorite yoga instructor. She explains each pose clearly and every class is meticulously planned keeping every class interesting. She provides modifications for all levels and helps with adjustments for proper form. She reminds you to breathe and release what does not serve you - I always leave feeling relaxed and restored positively impacting on my overall well-being ??♀️

Prema Yoga is quite simply the best studio I have attended since I began my practice as a teenager (many years ago). The sense of community is strong, the space is beautiful and the teachers are outstanding. I love this place.
