The polish does the trick for just an event for the evening. It isn't long lasting as I did ruin two nails on the way out. The staff is friendly and cash is an appreciated. The regular mani and pedi is like $40 which is the going rate these days in the hood.
Went in for an SNS manicure which came out great. An hour later I accidentally closed my finger in a cabinet and cracked my nail. I went back, they saw me right away and quickly fixed my nail free of charge. When I went to give my technician a tip, he refused and said accidents happen.
I've been coming here for awhile because it's well appointed and clean and close to where I live. It's never been my absolute favorite spot but I never had any complaints and have happily returned until recently.
The last few times I've visited the service has been very rushed despite the fact that nobody else was waiting. The whole pedicure took about 12 minutes and lacked any attention to detail. It just felt like they were going through the motions as quickly as possible.
I hope they get better because they have a lot going for them otherwise but I probably won't be returning for awhile.
