Great place to work out first time back and had amazing workout

86 street location is pretty dirty in the men’s locker room. Looks like it wasn’t cleaned in quite a while. First thing, broken locker door right at the entrance. Was it broken into and no one said anything? Second visit a few day later still not repaired. A lot of kids! They are working out for the most part, much chatter. But there are older folks also. Its not a bad environment. The machines are in good shape. I haven’t discovered any issues with the machines. What is disturbing is many guys place their items in the locker without a lock. I visited today to cancel my membership and encountered a concerning situation at the front desk. There were two staff members present, both seemingly preoccupied with their phones. I overheard the gentleman mutter about canceling my membership, followed by laughter from the woman.I strongly urge the manager to look closely at the team dynamics. The atmosphere appears to be quite negative, with staff appearing unmotivated. This reflects in their lack of enthusiasm and poor customer service.I hope you can address these issues promptly to improve the work environment and customer experience.
