Joining the CFCI community has been the best decision I’ve ever made. It changed my life completely. I could have never imagined that the gym would be the highlight of my day! The sense of community has pushed me to reach goals that I never thought possible. Even more so, the coaches have pushed me, cheered me on, and taught me how to tap into parts of myself that I never knew. The transformation is not just physical. It’s not about how many pounds I can lift- it’s about learning to push myself to my limits, embodying a more confident self, and building connections with incredible people!

They check in throughout the workout and show me modifications whenever I need them, so I can still challenge myself without feeling overwhelmed.
I’ve been going for almost a year now, and I’ve lost 40 pounds while becoming stronger… read full review

My time at CrossFit Coney Island has been the most incredible experience. I've been a member for eight months and from the moment I walked in I knew I had found something special. Every class feels fresh and exciting. Each coach brings their own unique perspective to class and I am so grateful to have had their attention and help.… read full review
