Liz was very helpful in arranging an inspection that same day. Shortly after I received a call from Luis who was very compassionate and forthcoming about the process of eliminating our problem would entail. “We reached out to Alleycat Exterminating when we began to have some more visitors in our apartment of the mouse and roach variety after our cat died. Lauren stopped by, did a thorough check of our whole apartment, and ended up calling in someone else to bring additional materials to help ensure our problems were solved. Both she and her husband (it's a family business!) did a great job explaining what they were doing, what they were using, and answer any questions we had. The traps they leave behind and poison they use are childproof and pet safe, and also placed in ways to limit chances of small kids or pets to even get to them.

Their fee was incredibly reasonable, they're communicative, and I finally feel like I can sleep a little easier. They'll be coming back to check-in in a few weeks to make sure there are no new signs of anything and discuss any next steps as needed but we are feeling optimistic and taken care of by friendly, reasonable professionals.
