I visited Perfect Brow NYC to get my eyebrows done, and unfortunately, I was left disappointed with the results. The brows looked overly artificial and didn't suit my natural look at all. What's worse, the effect didn't even last for more than two days before it started fading away. Overall, I wasn't satisfied with the service, and I expected better quality considering the reputation of the establishment.

I really like the place, very clean and nice people but Greta and Suzy are awesome . Sam the Manager was ver pleasant and helpful. I really recommend this place not only they treat good and they are very pleasant!

Eh..It’s really a hit or miss here because you don’t get the same lady threading your brows each time you go. So for me, I would either have brows that are perfectly threaded or a left brow that had a bald spot near the arch. But so far, I’ve had mainly good experiences. It seems that they are allowing people who are inexperienced or just now getting into the practice, providing the service to people which is risky imo. There is a Perfect Brows NYC in the same area by that liquor store that I might try instead.
