This was my first wax and Kay assisted me. Kay was great! She made me feel so comfortable and talked me through the process from start to finish. This also was my first time receiving a service from Perfect Brows.I will definitely return for more services with Kay! Great customer service!
About Perfect BrowsNYC
Perfect BrowsNYC is a clean and welcoming restaurant with friendly staff. The manager, Sam, is pleasant and helpful. While some reviewers have had inconsistent experiences with brow threading, many have had good experiences, particularly with certain ladies like Emma. The restaurant seems to allow new staff members to gain experience, which may lead to some variability in service. Overall, Perfect BrowsNYC is a recommended spot for those looking for a good brow threading experience.
