I called on a Saturday morning for a part. I confirmed that he had the part before i made the trip to ********, i live in ***********. He was knowledgable and very helpful with my appliance issue. Highly recommend.

I needed a control board for my oven which I was told by the manufacturer is no longer available. I live in Connecticut and no one in my area had the board. I called other appliance part stores with no luck. Finally I reached PEMCO SUPPLY and they had not one but two boards in stock. Seems they have a lot of parts that are no longer available. Well worth the trip to brooklyn. Very nice on the phone and even more accommodating in person.

Pemco Supply appliance parts were very knowledgeable and are always willing to help with the do it yourself repairs. I purchased an ignitor for my General Electric oven, a set of shocks for my Samsung washing machine and a turn table motor for my Frigidaire microwave. Pemco Supply showed me how to install all the parts I bought and I saved a fortune on labor. What a professional company Pemco Supply is.
