Nick was an incredible help navigating a complicated old job filing that was missing a ton of information and need fair bit of rework. He stayed on top of everything, handled the re-filing and corrections needed to make sure we passed and got the job completely signed off.
His communication throughout the entire process was top-notch. Highly recommend Nick and his team. Extremely reliable and knowledgeable (difficult combo)
My regular plumber recommended this company after National Grid shut off the gas due to a gas leak in the home. It was a huge ordeal yet in the end it all turned out in good standing with The Dept. Of Buildings who had to approve the repairs that were done. The team of workers all knew their stuff very well and did a great job. I recommended this company to anyone in the area needing this type of business.
Big Apple provided exceptional service from start to finish. They were responsive, fast, professional, and efficient during a very stressful situation. What stood out most was that they even checked in after the job was completed, which is something I’ve never experienced with a plumbing company before. Their level of care and customer service was truly above and beyond. I highly recommend Big Apple Plumbing — definitely 10/10.
