I recommend this place for services, Nicholas, the owner treated me with humanity and his girlfriend as well, Nicolas took care of my mother’s funeral with dignity. He was very professional and patient with me and my family..
Out of state death of a loved one. Had no CLUE what I was doing .and while I was given the run around by other funeral homes . Nicolas was helpful, sympathetic yet ASSERTIVE. Handled pickup processing and even transportation arrangements. Overall Nicolas made this process easier than to be expected. (And that means something)
I wanted to share that planning a funeral is never easy this much is true. I do want to say that I had to make a difficult decision during the covid crisis and spoke to over 5 funeral homes. In the end, I selected Park Ave Funeral home. They were very responsive, caring and assured me during the most difficult of times. Their staff, Julie and funeral director, Nicolas are truly caring, compassionate and dedicated to delivering peace of mind. I was not easy to deal with because I did a lot of research and did my homework. In spite of that, I felt they were honest, straight forward and detail oriented.
