I had some ants creeping in my kitchen for weeks. After one visit, they were basically gone. The technician was friendly and didn’t make me feel awkward about it. Definitely calling them again if needed.
We will only use OnGuard moving forward- they are incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, empathetic and passionate about irradiating the issue from an exclusionary approach and not just hanging you a glue trap twice a year. Waqas is our new hero: he took considerably time to understand the root cause and made sure the approach was also safe for our kids and dogs, and he came back for the 2 week check and we avoided needing to explain our issues again to a new person. He also remembered our case inside and out. I wish we could go back in time and avoid all of our previous pest control’s half-baked solutions. OnGuard and Waqas forever!!
