I had to leave a review of my overall experience and what I saw while in the waiting room at ODA Quality Health on Bedford ave. Starting with receptionist greeting you with a big warm smile and polite interaction to their waiting room being kid friendly! I was helped by a lead MA Nora Perez, she was very friendly and made me feel like I was part of the family. Every person I made eye contact with said hello with a most genuine smile on their faces. I met Dr Yu very knowledgeable and patient oriented doctor, listens to all your concerns. I was also introduced to a new Dr Epelbaum, extremely nice. LEONORA PEREZ SHES A GREAT MULTITASKER she attends the front desk as well as the patients!! she’s fast, she’s quick, she’s an understander and she does everything with care and patience. She’s fabulous I would definitely recommend her as her your care taker for your visit she attended me and my family today we are a family of 5 and did all of us within and hour and that’s amazing !! She’s gentle with the young ones and very comforting when they need to take needles !! She’s very professional and sweet we hope you love her as much as we do !!
