ODA Primary Health Care Network has a team of good doctors, including Dr. Nuñez, who take the time to ask necessary questions and make patients feel comfortable. The office offers walk-in appointments, specialists, and on-site labs and x-rays, with reasonable wait times. While some patients have experienced delays in getting test results, the overall care received is excellent, with patients and their children receiving top-notch attention.
I been going to ODA for over 20 yrs and have no complaints with the Doctors, Dr Mayer and the dermatologist Dr. Kahn are phenomenal...The nurses and receptionists are very polite and professional..I don't have to wait for hrs to see my primary Doctor, Dr. Mayer, I'm in and out..The exam rooms, waiting area and bathrooms are always clean..If I don't have refills left on my medications and my blood work is up to date, I can call the office and speak to a ODA nurse and the prescription is sent to my pharmacy, it take no longer then a day or two..When I do my blood work and urine, ODA will email me and will call as well, to discuss my results..When I need a letter or forms… read full review

Most of the staff was nice but I wasn't impressed with the NA or PA I had..it was my 1st. Time there...she was asking strange questions and I really didn't feel as though she wanted me there.. 🤷🏽♀.

Personally I've always had great care here. The doctors are all very kind and helpful. They listen to what's happening and give me referrals and recommendations of where I can go for specialists. I'm usually in and out of there in 30 minutes or less. They also have availability almost all the time, sometimes I go the same day I call. The front desk can take some time to call you so you'll stand there for a bit but they've never been rude to me.
