I underwent a brain MRI here yesterday and the experience was a pleasant one. I won't go so far as to say that it was fun but it helped that the people attending to me were friendly and professional. These people included the front desk staff; the technician, Kristen, who administered the MRI; and a young man named Nikita who was super-nice and made sure that I was comfortable throughout the procedure. Amongst other courtesies, he arranged for me to hear through headphones one of my favorite Bach cantatas, Wachet Auf, Ruft Uns Die Stimme, BWV 140, and he set it to play at the moderate volume that I had requested.

I have been going to this place for few years for every image. Great staff at the reception, quick and nice, I never had to wait more than 10/15 minutes for the actual image.

Just got my mammogram done today, and it’s very good experience to compare other place! Just one front desk lady, but she got all patients by time. Galya, lady who’s is doing mammogram was very nice and gentle. Adrina sonogram technician was very professional too. Thank you ladies!
