MRI staff is amazing, so caring & understanding & patient. Unfortunately though, the person who put the lead in didn't get my vein quite right & I had minor extravasation when the contrast went in & she knew it.
Front desk staff absolutely sucks. Massive attitudes. Rude, dismissive, angry & the same miserable attitude for every single patient.
Life's too short, if you don't like your job which is blatantly obvious, you should definitely do something else.
The staff here are very professional and courteous. I filled out all my paperwork online before arriving, so there were no delays in getting processed and in for my treatment.
