Excellent experience. The team was professional, on time, friendly, and incredibly hard-working. They did a fantastic job cleaning our furniture upholstery and everything looks refreshed and spotless. I also really appreciated that they followed up the next day to check in, which shows how much they care about their customers. Highly recommend!

I just had my couch professionally cleaned by NYC Steamers, and I honestly couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. My technician, En, was absolutely fantastic.

From the moment he arrived, he was professional, courteous, and incredibly thorough. He took his time inspecting the couch and paid close attention to every detail. I have a dog, so there were several stains I honestly thought were permanent, but En was able to locate them all and completely remove them. I am genuinely amazed at how clean my couch looks now that he was finished.

Extremely happy with our steam technician, Al! He was friendly, communicative and efficient. Very open to answering questions about other cleaning methods like spot treatments.

We had a love seat and arm chair that took him about 35-45 minutes in total. After they were steamed and dried, we were so pleased with the difference! These were two vintage pieces, 30 years old and Al breathed new life into them.

Would definitely use this service again.
