Based on customer reviews, Nyc Plumbing Solutions offers fair prices and very professional service. They came right away for a water heater replacement and to fix pipe fixtures and a running toilet. The team did an excellent job with a water heater and steam boiler heating system change, with an extremely impressive turn around time. Another customer was impressed with the level of professionalism and customer service when their water tank stopped working; the team assessed the problem and installed two new water tanks within 24 hours, explaining everything clearly. A plumber named Anthony was pleasant, punctual, respectful, knowledgeable, and professional. He arrived on time, easily identified a faucet issue, fixed the leak, and helped choose a faucet that exceeded expectations for a reasonable price. Derek provided great service on short notice to replace a busted hot water heater, was super friendly, and got the job done with high quality and speed. Customers highly recommend Nyc Plumbing Solutions for solving plumbing problems to perfection.
