The place was clean and the staff were friendly and informative. I left a kitten that I had found on the street there in hopes he would find a safe loving home. They did take a long time to get to me as I was there for over an hour just to drop the stray off. I do understand that there could of been other important issues however!
I hope they find him a happy home and all the other animals they have in their care.
They were on time and very patient when getting a raccoon out of a tough spot in my ceiling. They were humane in their capture and calmly brought him out while also giving us tips on how to keep our backyard clear and materials to patch up the holes he came through. Highly recommended!!
After making some unhelpful calls to 311, I called NYC Animal Control around late 12 today since a raccoon had been sleeping both day and night on our back porch for the last 2-3 days. We thought it might be sick because it was so sleepy and wasn't afraid of humans when we tried to scare it away. I immediately got a quote and an estimated time of arrival by calling and then texting with Mike who was super helpful until Reufinn and Ray arrived around 3 hours later. The raccoon put up a fight but they were able to catch it within 45 min or so. Thanks everyone for the quick and professional job!
