I was referred to Rich and team from prior customers. They addressed an outdoor rodent issue, in addition to a raccoon issue immediately. The situation was under control in less than a day of reviewing with the team. Extremely professional and prompt, but most of all understood the situation and permanent fix. Highly recommend this company! They were super effective, reliable, and made our satisfaction their priority. Mario (our technician) was extremely knowledgeable and diligent when it came to exterminating mice from our apartment.
