I had bought a Groupon for a massage at this place. When I called to schedule the appointment, the woman was very rude and seemed like she did not care to have any more clients. Nonetheless, I scheduled the appointment for a week later. I arrived about 15 minutes early for my appointment; the place is difficult and inconvenient to find. No one seemed to be there, so I called their phone. I called their phone multiple times and no one picked up. HORRIBLE service. How can you not show up for your client's appointment and then ignore the phone? Would not recommend to anyone.
Had a fabulous massage with Tanya who clearly knows the human anatomy. If I had any complaints it would be that I wish it hadn't ended! I'd love to come back some day.
Horrible and disgusting place! I received this as a Groupon voucher gift for a massage and facial. I called the place for an appointment and was scheduled nine days after for 3PM . I received a call that same day at 12:34PM and a person who spoke with me was super rude and claimed that my appointment is at 4:30PM and she was calling to confirm it. I politely explained to her that I have a very busy schedule and arranged my day around this massage and facial, but she would not hear any of it and with a nasty attitude said that I can be only seen at 4:30PM.
