Ten out of freaking ten! I had a bit of an emergency after my ~20yr old Friedrich AC unit suddenly counted out during a weeks-long heatwave in NYC, and within 48hrs of my initial inquiry, North Pole had supplied, removed and hauled the old unit, and installed a brand new Friedrich in my apartment. I had a very time sensitive request and they delivered. Staff was very friendly and very helpful over the phone and in person. Fair rates—great bang for your buck

I truly cannot have asked for a better experience. My Friedrich air conditioner was making a gurgling noise and caused me to stress out, thinking it was going to leak inside the apartment. I called North Pole in the middle of the night, close to midnight actually and I got a live person. I cannot tell you how comforting this was. Fast forward to today where Michele called me and scheduled someone to come out. What an absolute sweetheart and she really is the gold standard in customer service. She said she would squeeze me in for Thursday and much to my surprise, she called back saying someone could come see me today. This could not have gone any better if I tried.
