However, some customers have experienced issues with the service staff being overly pushy and aggressive in trying to sell additional services.
New Top Wave is an excellent nail salon. The manicurists are very good. They are also very accommodating about scheduling appointments.
The salon is clean and has a wide open space, why is very soothing and relaxing.
Everyone is very pleasant. It is an overall very good experience and my nails have never looked better!!!

I had an amazing experience with Ann! She is truly talented and very detail-oriented. My manicure and pedicure came out absolutely beautiful – the shape, the polish, and the design were all perfect. She works with so much care, makes you feel comfortable, and pays attention to every little detail. I always leave her chair feeling confident and happy with my nails. We’ve been coming here and they genuinely make you feel like family. Sandy became accustomed with my schedule coming on Sundays and always has a dessert waiting for my daughter to make her feel included and welcomed. She goes above and beyond for her clients to make them feel welcome as well as a hand down best gel manicure. So grateful for the experience here we always have with Sandy 🫶🏻🫶🏻
