I have been going for the last 3 yrs .never had a bad experience until my recent visits. I am not sure if they got new staff or what I was so disappointed in the tech I had she was very rude an inconsiderate I had to pull my hand away like 6 time first time I let it slide but come on after a while I saw

Unprofessional heavy in the drill heavy an the fileing an and her demeanor was terrible all on all I had to go redo my nails else where because she didn’t file the edges an one replaced nail and right off. Worst place stay away
The space and staff are wonderful. However they are more pricey that most nail salons i have been to. I got a spa pedicure WONDERFUL and highly recommend! I also got a gel manicure, one of nails was really weak they repaired with some Hard gel solution, they did charged me for it and they did not tell upfront it was an extra 6$ . They also have a suggested tip rate of 15% of services, to me tips are optional. In any event i will not be returning and i will be going to my regular nail salon in Sunset park
THE BEST!!! JENNY, JENNA, AND MAY ARE FANTASTIC . VERY PROFESSIONAL. SUPER CLEAN! TREAT YOURSELF TO A SPA PEDICURE. YOU WON'T REGRET IT! IT'S BEST TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT BUT WALK-INS WELCOME. THEY DO BEAUTIFUL GEL MANICURES AND PEDICURES.
