Absolute garbage. I've been here a few times and it was OK. Today I called at 2:30 for an appointment at 5:30. Low and behold when I got there packed and they couldn't take me. Don't waste your time or money. They define morons and crap service.

I have been a customer for many years but finally had to stop going after several bad experiences. I understand that the employees work hard and the prices are low. The last two times I went there, my friend and I were treated very rudely when we left a nearly 35% tip. On my last visit, I paid for the massage and was getting the tip out of my bag when the therapist started screaming at me because he thought I wasn't leaving a tip. It's a good thing I had no idea what he was screaming in Chinese. The place has become very run-down and dirty, with ripped chairs and fly paper with dead flies hanging from the ceiling. Awful. Rude as heck and then demanded a 36% tip - screened at me that she wanted a $20 tip on a $55 bill, because apparently $12 I have her as a tip wasn't good enough. Stay away from this dump.
