I had a lovely expericence at this salon and everyone working there was so kind. I was going through a rough time and couldn't manage my hair, so I came for a blow out two weeks back to back.
When I finally washed my hair at home after two weeks of back to back blow-outs here, I lost an unprecedented amount of hair. I was really mortified by the amount of hair that fell out. Then I saw how my hair looked when it dried. My normally 3B curls were 2A. In other words, 90% of my curl pattern was destroyed. I thought it was heat damage. I went to get a haircut about 3 weeks ago after the curl pattern had not been restored with several weeks of intensive conditioning treatment. My stylist told me that she suspected this salon used a chemical straightening agent in my hair without my knowledge. I don't know if it's true, or if my hair was just this badly damaged from the blow-out, but either way - curly hair people who come here for a blowout BEWARE. My hair is permanently altered and I'm devastated, and there's nothing I or anyone else can do about it. I'm honestly heartbroken.

how can you go wrong with a $35 haircut? amazing blow outs too! a true neighborhood gem! screw fancy expensive places and come here, always friendly, clean and enjoyable

Always enjoy going to Nancy’s salon. She does a great job, her and her colleague are extremely kind and caring towards your hair type.
Also, the price is pretty competitive for the area.

I love Nancy and her salon. They’re always on time, kind, and consistently do a great job. They’re also great about getting you in for an appointment on short notice. Super reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend for anyone!
