I worked with Rizwan. He is sharp and talented. The work was completed before schedule, under budget and the halls were kept clean. This was no small project, we’re talking about 250K sft roofing, brick and lintel replacements, new mechanical, new parapet, all done perfectly. They are going to be the only contractors on my projects from now on.
Ruined my ac doing the brick on the building. Wouldnt show permits when asked because they don't have any. The first review and maybe even the other are obvious fakes.
