What can I say about Miss Jones, she is thoughtful, empathic, tactful, and professional. My family and I had to plan the services for the passing of my brother. We looked at other funeral homes and felt she was the best. I pushed Miss Jones to the limit of limitdon and she took me on with grace and honored my every demand. Yes, demands!! But seriously, she understood what I wanted to do to honor my brother while adding unexpected touches. The best request she took on was getting an additional Pastor to support my mother.
