We really enjoyed working with this company to install our ductless mini split wall unit and ceiling cassettes. Joshua went above and beyond and made our decision making process as smooth as possible. The team of installers, including Alex, Victor, Ben, Wei, Zach, Eddy, and Serafin did an excellent job. It has been game changing in making our apartment feel even more comfortable!

Mr Air’s technician, Zach, was friendly, on time, clear and helpful. Also trustworthy - I ended up leaving him alone in the house for almost two hours, it went fine. He came in, quickly evaluated the size of our job, and left our system in good shape and squeaky clean. I’ve added some photos. I don’t have “before” shots but our 7 year old mini split units look clean as new.

Zach and Serafin once again cleaned/serviced our cooling/heating units and did a wonderful job. They were respectful of the space, clean and worked quickly. They even took the time to explain a piece of the filter system that cleans the air. We will definitely be using them again next year for our maintenance clean!
