I’ve been here twice due to the nursing strike in midtown. Reception is quick and easy but the nursing staff is TERRIBLE!
You have to get here 30mins before your appointment if you want to be seated on time.
My first visit I was there exactly when my appointment was supposed to start only to have to wait 20mins for my name to be called. I was late to my other appointment due to this delay.
My second visit I came 30mins early and was called exactly at my appointment time.
Every time I’ve been here the nurse (white, blonde hair, glasses) speaks so condescendingly towards me.

When I first got to this hospital, I was in room 202, I forgot what unit that was but the nurses and the PCA’s over there were so delightful. They made me not want to leave the hospital. Janice, Melissa, Emma, they were amazing over there. They deserve a raise. I was transferred over to unit J in which I had to deal with Rude and nasty people. Rishena and Tamika unit J don’t need to be helping people with their attitudes. I was so uncomfortable for the rest of my stay in this unit. I asked for pain meds at 8:55pm and did not receive it until 9:30 pm like that is ridiculous. I just called for an appointment with the neurologist. The operator was so sarcastic and rude. Trying to make u feel stupid. Meanwhile, there is a reason you are calling for the neurologist. Obviously things are not okay. (I'm not ordering a cake lady. I'm trying to get medical care. Have some empathy.)
