When I first got to this hospital, I was in room 202, I forgot what unit that was but the nurses and the PCA’s over there were so delightful. They made me not want to leave the hospital. Janice, Melissa, Emma, they were amazing over there. They deserve a raise. I was transferred over to unit J in which I had to deal with Rude and nasty people. Rishena and Tamika unit J don’t need to be helping people with their attitudes. I was so uncomfortable for the rest of my stay in this unit. I asked for pain meds at 8:55pm and did not receive it until 9:30 pm like that is ridiculous. One star for the wonderful receptionist who helped us check in. Technician Darius had absolute white man toxic masculinity energy who 1) tried to scare my partner with the syringe and his lack of experience with an MRI 2) told me “He’s a big boy” and did not let me accompany him despite patient consent.

I just called for an appointment with the neurologist. The operator was so sarcastic and rude. Trying to make u feel stupid. Meanwhile, there is a reason you are calling for the neurologist. Obviously things are not okay. (I'm not ordering a cake lady. I'm trying to get medical care. Have some empathy.)
