Number one to make the appointment was fantastic. They picked up the phone right away and they do not keep you holding on the way other radiology centers do.
The girls at the front desk were wonderful. They were so nice. They helped me fill out my form.
The technician Who did my scan was a lovely, woman
If I could, I would give 10 stars

The technicians they're are wonderful and friendly. they make you feel very comfortable. The reason why I'm giving this place 3 stars is because the reception area.

Maybe it's just the woman behind the counter, but they were very very cold, and they make sure absolutely everything is signed and dotted and signatured. There is even an arbitration clause in there about the New York managed care act... 25 bucks for a CD too. money grubbers.

I like this place soon u sign in within few minutes you are called for paperwork and the wait is not long. Staff are patient regardless how rude some patients can be. Professional manner.
