When I first got to this hospital, I was in room 202, I forgot what unit that was but the nurses and the PCA’s over there were so delightful. They made me not want to leave the hospital. Janice, Melissa, Emma, they were amazing over there. They deserve a raise. I was transferred over to unit J in which I had to deal with Rude and nasty people. Rishena and Tamika unit J don’t need to be helping people with their attitudes. I was so uncomfortable for the rest of my stay in this unit. I asked for pain meds at 8:55pm and did not receive it until 9:30 pm like that is ridiculous. I’m hooked up to an IV and if I click the button to use the bathroom, it’s nothing but...read full review

I just called for an appointment with the neurologist. The operator was so sarcastic and rude. Trying to make u feel stupid. Meanwhile, there is a reason you are calling for the neurologist. Obviously things are not okay. (I'm not ordering a cake lady. I'm trying to get medical care. Have some empathy.)
