I walked in with four necklaces that needed to be untangled from each other. It was a difficult and tedious request that other jewelers had turned down, but the owner of this place was very friendly to me, offered me a super reasonable price for the job and completed it quickly. I've been twice in the last few months - once to replace a clasp on a necklace, and then to replace a watch battery. For the necklace he gave me two options of clasps at differing prices and did it in 30 minutes. He replaced the watch battery on the spot, at a very reasonable price when I was previously charged more than double at another Brooklyn jewelry store a few years ago. Incredibly reliable, affordable, and professional service. I will be coming here for all of my jewelry needs and recommend to friends as well!
