Dr. Kathleen Hoang was great with my son. He was trying to learn how to put in contacts, and she had many great ideas. For some reason you won't find her listed on the office's webpage! Why not? To learn more about her, you can read up about her on Zocdoc. She is very positive.

I’ve been coming here for about 4-5 years now. I have experienced a decline in service over my last two visits because I’ve had to call multiple times to ask them to send me my prescription and to call in an allergy prescription that I specifically asked for during my annual exam. I recently also asked if I qualified for a Vuity prescription (having forgotten to request during my eye exam in Nov and called them in early Jan to ask). I called back 3x to ask and they said yes I could get the drops but I had to come in to speak with the doctor. All of these years, I just assumed I was a spaz when it came to trying to wearing contacts. It would take me 15 minutes to get them in and they didn't move with my eye - like if I quickly looked from left to right they took a sec to catch up. I tried and failed after numerous fittings at numerous different eye doctors. It wasn't until Downton eye care that I actually had a proper fitting! They had me go back to make sure they fit correctly. (No other eye doctor actually had me go back to test the new lenses.)And guess what, they didn't fit!
