Michael is hands down the best plumber in Brooklyn, and arguably all of NYC. I had three different plumbers attempt to fix my leaky radiator, but instead of solving the issue, I was repeatedly charged for assessments and minor tweaks. I was even told the radiator needed to be replaced. I sent Michael a video of the problem, and he came the very next day knowing how urgent the situation was. He quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it without needing to replace the radiator. The repair involved cutting pipes and replacing parts he already had on hand, and he completed everything efficiently and professionally. He also made sure to clean up afterward. I called Mike when my heating system stopped working at the start of this winter. I left a voicemail and he called me back quickly. He came to inspect my system and said he could fix it, but ultimately needed to be replaced because of how old it was and the poor work the previous company had done. He clearly explained in detail what was wrong with it, and that even if repaired there were still some concerns about performance and safety. We ultimately had Mike replace our system and he finished the job in one week without any problems. Most importantly he was on time every single day and worked full days to ensure completion.
