I have been a patient of Dr. Eric's for over a year now. I am so grateful to have found a doctor like Dr. Eric who actual cares about my wellbeing. He is always very patient with me no matter how many questions I have. He takes all of my concerns seriously, and is very reassuring. I am always seen in a timely manner, the office is clean, and the staff are all very friendly. This has been one of the best consistent doctor experiences that I've had!

Unprofessional to the key this place is the worst they dont not communication at all, had on appointment i leave work early to get to my appointment for the front deck lady to tell me the doctor did not come in today this place need to close down and staff fired they really dont know wat they doing.

Dr. Frolova was the BEST! I miss her so much. I wish I didn’t have to give one star From ever since Dr. Frolova left this things went bad!!!! You guys are very unprofessional and has no communication skill! I had an appointment for 9:00 the receptionist told me that the doctor will be there 9:15, I was running a lil late I would get there the latest 9:20 I called and they told me that the doctor won’t be there until 10:00 so I should take my time I told her I have to work just like you guys and the receptionist didn’t call to say that the doctor would be there at 10:00 If I had got to the office I would be sitting there for that long u people are sick and doesn’t think about others!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Definitely changing from you guys!!!!!!

Erik M is my primary care physician. I’ve been with Erik for 4 years now. He’s attentive, I can actually talk to him about my concerns and even calls me out on my issues and challenges to get control of them. He’s a great physician and I will not be going to any else no time soon. I suggest you Get him as your physician as well.Front ladies have been nothing but helpful professional and prompt. I have no complaints at all.Office manager has been super professional and on point. All request I’ve had she’s taken care of promptly.

Office will accommodate services according to patients' needs and they respond on a timely manner when scheduling appointments. My only complaint is that once the services are rendered, they forget about you. Staff schedule you to be at the office at a specific hour, but let you waiting (half an hour outside in the cold if you are to be seen before nine) without any apology on their behalf. With the exception of the office Manager, Venus, who has always been extremely competent and Dr. Frolova, front desk staff and some providers as well should be more responsive toward patients.

Dr. Erik p. Mordukay is very professional and thorough with handling patients. The medical office front desk is ran very well. This medical office is very good especially for first time patients like myself.
