Great store. It's small but has lots of cool toys. They have old school stuff that you can't find everywhere. Great for kids who love trains. Added bonus they cut hair too. Will definitely go back.

This place is AMAZING! The owner is SUCH a good buyer - they have everything and she recommends the absolute best gifts. A toy genius, she knows it all! I’ve been procrastinating taking my five-year-old here because I knew she was going to love it. I have been buying her gifts here for a while, and I finally brought her today. She’s been talking about it for hours and how it’s her favorite toy store and as she said, the best kids store ever. She’s right I love it here too. From one store owner to another - AWESOME job Lulu’s!!!

The experience is fine. Child got his haircut with my help and that part of the experience is fine. The issue is the experience with the owner/front desk. Off-putting from the start. I've read multiple reviews and the negative ones are consistently referring to the same person.I dont think she has ill intentions in any way. I think she just lacks customer service skills. My advice is she needs hire someone with customer service experience while she can be the back-end manager that doesn't interact with people. I don't think she realizes she's adversely affecting her own business.
