The nicest, most patient, congenial gentleman I've ever come across in my 40 years of wearing glasses. I've gone to many eyewear stores in the past and these guys are on a level I've never seen before in professionalism and customer service.
Because they're patient with you, means that sometimes you need to be patient with them because they treat everyone with the same level of service, so you may need to wait in order to be served.
I now have my entire family coming here. They're especially good (patient) with kids.

I am a new customer at Livan Savino and could not be more pleased. Everyone from the clinician to the sales staff took the time to listen and make helpful suggestions. They really want you to be satisfied with your purchase and to maintain a relationship with you. They do take most insurances including UFT and will not pressure you for an up sale. I highly recommend them.
