I used to be happy with this salon but the last few times I came I had horrible experience. Maria served me today and she was so aggressive and didn’t understand a word of English.
I had a bad experience here getting a short gel chrome manicure. It started when I realized the tools were all shared and not from a freshly opened pack. The nail tech was scraping my knuckles while filing and digging hard into my skin while doing my cuticles. The shape is not smooth or consistent. I got chrome and it is very sloppy and streaky. She tried to clean it up by cutting deeper into my cuticles. This was painful and looks bad.
great pedicure and open until 8 so I was able to go in after work! ellen removed all my callouses on my feet and did a great job painting. it looks old but someone was constantly sweeping and mopping, so it was clean, they just need a little facelift!
