Lakicia was so friendly & helpful ! I lost a screw out my glasses, Lakicia was immediately attentive and helpful as soon as I came in. She even straightened the arm I had bent out of shape, which wasn’t even what I came in for! Very grateful for her help

Walked in today because my glasses broke randomly. The lady gladly took them and without any questions began fixing them. She also was able to fix the nose piece that’s been missing for a while now without asking! Great service totally recommend!

This location is open late so I can go after work, which is great. I’ve had various pairs of lenses made here over the past few years, all have been well-made and not too expensive.During my most recent visit in July ‘23, Lakicia did an excellent job helping me through the process of fitting new lenses to 2 pairs of my old frames. She was quick, concise, knowledgeable, and personable. Lenses were ready ahead of schedule, just in time for my vacation.5 stars to Lakicia.
